Rick was a
representative in both the UAW and the AFL-CIO. He received his
doctoral degree in organizational and social psychology from the
Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Ron Koller
has spent the
last 15 years changing the way organizations change. He is best
known for his large group facilitation and pulse survey work.
Ron co-authored a
book called Whole-Scale Change: Unleashing the Magic in
Organizations. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
at Capella University.
